Table Mountain and Robben Island, Cape Town

I was in Cape Town in end-April 07, and had a chance to go up Table Mountain as well as take a ferry ride over to Robben Island.... it was really nice to make a trip to these two distinct sites in Cape Town during all the rushing about that I was doing during the visit by President. Anyway, when in Cape Town.. do make it a trip to go to these two places (weather permitting, of course)... the view on Table Mountain is really quite nice, and Robben Island is another interesting experience as well... You may note that former South African President Nelson Mandela, toegther with other political prisoners, were imprisoned on this island during the apartheid era of South Africa's history..... so, check these places out....
