CNY in the Office

My parents bought some "Yu Shang" for me to celebrate in the office today... oh man... its tough work shredding all that cucumber, carrots and radish as part of the dish..... no wonder it is an expensive dish to buy even though the ingridients are cheap... well, after labouring for an hour, I managed to shred enough of the veges... for the entire office to take part in the "lo-hei" of the "Yu Shang"... here are some of the pictures taken....
