Kruger National Park, 7-8 Jun 08

Caroline and I took a trip down to Kruger this weekend, as she had not been there before... we set off at about 8am on Saturday, and reached the gates (Crocodile Bridge Gate) at about 1pm... we then took our time to get to Lower Sabie Restcamp for our accommodation that night.... Since it was the beginning of winter, the gates to the park closed at 5.30pm, so had a early night that evening, to prepare for the long day the next day.... anyway, the trip was a good one, with us finally catching a pride of lions feeding on a wildebeast the next day.... we were pretty lucky as a park ranger drove past us and told us where to locate the feeding....
