Dinner @ home - before going back to SA

My parents usually prepare a sumptous meal for me before I head back to South Africa, and this time was no different.... they would often include one or two of my favourite dishes, and invite my relatives to dinner, and make their farewell greetings before I head off..... So, this time, here are some of the dishes made on the night before I left Singapore for South Africa on 30 Sep 07.
